小流域非点源污染控制体系研究——以川中丘陵区林山场小流域为例

摘    要:介绍了川中丘陵区林山场小流域非点源污染现状,从社会变迁、生活生产方式改变等方面分析了小流域非点源污染产生的原因,指出不科学的生产生活方式是小流域非点源污染产生的主导因素。以构建社会主义新农村的健康生态系统为目标,利用多种技术方法,针对农业污染、居住区污染设计了以垃圾分类回收处理和有机废弃物沼气资源化处理为中心、有机结合其它控制措施的小流域非点源污染控制体系,并从法律、经济、技术支持与公共参与等层面提出了相应对策。

Abstract:Based on the present condition and the source of non-point source pollution in the watershed of Linshanchang,this paper analyzed the reasons for the increase of non-point source pollution in watershed from the perspective of social transformation and change in living and producing style,of which the main reason was unscientific living and producing style.Targeting at the healthy ecosystem construction of the new countryside of socialism using various techniques,the control system for the non-point source pollution was designed.Aiming at agricultural pollution and pollution in living regions,it focused on rubbish categorized recycling and resource treatment of organic pollution and marsh gas,combining with other control measures.And the corresponding countermeasures were put forward in the aspect of law,economics,technical support and public participation,et al.
