| Abstract: | The exaltation of enterprises automation degree of the existing equipments and the exaltation of product quality are the two vital problems that need to be solved urgently in the enterprises participating the international competition. There are a lot of advantages in the technique application of the variable speed with changeable frequency instead of the traditional movement spread, which is worthy of popularization. |
