摘    要:大多数库存控制研究重点都集中在各种复杂的限制条件和模型的变换上,没有考虑到产品在流通过程中会发生损耗、腐烂变质以及市场上存在多种可以相互替代产品的情况.针对蔬菜、水果等这类在存储过程中随时间的推移会发生大量损耗的易腐品,且需求受产品自身价格和替代品价格以及鲜度质量的影响,在竞争和合作情形下分别建立了2种易腐品的库存模型...

Abstract:Most of research on inventory control focus on the complex restrictions and transforms of mathematical model, without considering the situation that the products will be perishable while kept in store and a variety of products can be substitutes for one another.Commodities such as vegetables, fruits, are subject to direct spoilage while kept in store. In this paper, we assume that the retailer faces different demand depends on his product price and the price of substitute products and the storage time.The best order quantity and the optimal price of the two Perishable products with priced-driven substitutable demand under the cooperative and competitive situations are derived.The effect of system parameters on the optimal policies and the optimal profit with substitutable demand are also discussed.
