| 摘 要： | 陈虬提出了顺水之性,循山入江的治理黄河的方针,他认为治理黄河能产生开塞外富强之源,以治河为防边的良好效益,同时,陈虬也提出了解决黄河泥沙问题及解决治理黄河的技术和资金问题的办法.陈虬治理黄河思想具有鉴于古而不胶于古、溯本探源、标本兼治的特点.同时.陈虬治理黄河思想也存在迂阔色彩和空想成分.
