重金属螯合剂在含铜废水处理中的应用

摘    要:对重金属螯合剂(EP110)处理印制电路板含铜废水进行了应用研究,讨论了pH值、EP110投加量、反应时间、助凝剂APC或PAC或PFS投加量及废水铜离子含量对处理结果的影响。试验结果表明,在pH值为3~13、EP110投加量大于水中Cu2+含量7倍(质量比)、反应时间约为15min及投加少量PAC/PFS的条件下,可以使处理水中Cu2+含量低于0.5mg/L的国家允许排放标准;采用该方法处理印制电路板低铜含量的含铜废水优于采用传统的化学处理法。

Abstract:Treatment of PCB wastewater containing copper by the heavy metal chelate agent EP 110 was studied and influence of pH value, the used quantity of EP 110, the time of reaction, the used quantity of agglomerate aid, the Cu(2+) content in wastewater on the result of treatment were discussed. The result shows that the contents of Cu(2+) in the treated water can be lower than the national standard of 0.5 mg/L under the following conditions; pH is between 3 to 13, the used quantity of EP 110 is more than 7 times of contents of Cu(2+) in wastewater (mass ratio), the time of reaction is about 15 minute and few quantity of agglomerate aid PAC/PFS is used. It also shows that PCB wastewater containing low content of copper is treated with this kind of method better than with traditional chemical method.
