白金针菇的液体培养及6-BA对其菌丝体生长的影响

摘    要:通过不同培养基对白金针菇进行液体培养实验表明:玉米粉培养基最适合白金针菇菌丝体的生长,葡萄糖培养基次之。以葡萄糖培养基为基础,通过添加不同浓度的6—BA,探讨6—BA对白金针菇菌丝体生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度6—BA对白金针菇菌丝体有促进作用,高浓度则表现抑制作用,最适作用浓度为0.15mg/100ml。6—BA对菌丝体可溶性糖含量无明显影响。

Abstract:It is reported that the mycelium growth was the best in the corn liquid medium of the three medium:the wheat liquid medium,the corn liquid medium and the glucose liquid medium.In addition,different concentration 6-BA was added to them.It resulted that low concentration 6-BA promoted the mycelium growth and 0.15mg/100ml was the optimum concentration.But 6-BA did not take effect to melted glucose of the mycelium obviously.
