| 摘 要： | 给出了一种提取与识别工程图形扫描图像中的尺寸字符的方法,提出了几种简便、易于抽取的字符结构特征,能有效地识别工程图形扫描图像中的手写字符.该方法已成功地应用到工程图形扫描输入后的智能识别软件CIRS5.0中,字符提取及识别率达到92%以上.

| Abstract: | The extraction and recognition of dimension symbols in scanned engineering drawing images is a difficult task in the field of pattern recognition. A method for the extraction and recognition of handwritten characteris in scanned engineering drawing images is proposed. Some simple and easily constructed structural features of characters have been used. This method has been applied in the software GIRS 5. 0 for intelligent recognition after an engineering drawing is scanned. The rates of extraction and recognition have exceeded 92%. |
