| 摘 要： | 目的讨论踝部不稳定性骨折手术治疗的重要性.方法手术复位,内固定外踝、内踝或后踝,下胫腓关节分离者可选长螺钉固定.结果全部病例随访2 a以上,均获得骨性愈合,优30例,良14例.结论解剖复位腓骨中下1/3及外踝和稳定下胫腓关节,对踝关节的稳定和防止发生创伤性关节炎具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the significance of operative treatment for unstable ankle fracture.Methods Operative reduction and internal fixation of the medial,lateral and posterior malleolus.The separation of the lower tibiofibular joint was fixed with a long screw.Results All the cases were followed up over 2 years,which have got bony union .The excellent cases were 30,14 cases good.Conclusion To restore the anatomical lower fibula or lateral malleolus and to fix the separate tibiofibular joint are important for keeping the stability of the injured ankle joint and avoiding traumatic arthritis. |
