摘    要:以上海五钢集团第三炼钢厂试验为基础,通过对97炉现场试验结果的统计分析,得出了加入HBI后的脱硫、脱磷工艺和其他杂质元素(包括N,Ni,Cu,Sn,Sb,As等)含量的变化情况,并讨论了加入HBI后对各项技术经济指标的影响;研究了HBI的最佳加入比例和加入HBI后的优化炉料结构,提出了HBI的运输、储存和使用方面降低成本的途径。

Abstract:Based on the experiment developed in Shanghai No.5 Steel(Group) Co.,Ltd, EAF Steelmaking Plant, the Process of HBI, transportation and stockpile of HBI, nd the use of HBI in 100 t DC EAF has been discussed. By analyzing experimen results of 97 heats, the influence of charging HBI into the EAF on econ- omy and technology index, such as electricity consumption, productivity tap-to-tap time, and the steel making process, such as desulfurization, dephosphorization, residual elements removal, nitrogen removal etc. has been studied, and the reasonable methods of charging HBI in EAF has been established, and optimized charging or- der of the HBI has been obtained, and the experience of transportation, Store and using of the HBI has been ac- cumulated.
