Ag-TiO_2复合膜的制备及光催化性能

摘    要:以载玻片为载体,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了含银量为1.0%的Ag-TiO2复合膜,并且考察了复合膜光催化脱色甲基橙溶液的催化性能。结果表明:复合膜焙烧温度为450℃时催化活性最好,TiO2呈锐钛型,Ag-TiO2复合膜光催化性能是TiO2膜的2.25倍;低pH值时复合膜催化活性较好,当甲基橙浓度≤10 mg/L时,光催化脱色反应为准一级反应,而且可以用Langmuir-Hinshelwood方程描述。复合膜使用15小时催化活性没有降低。

Abstract:Ag-TiO2 composite film with 1.0% Ag loading supported on glass was fabricated by using the Sol-Gel method and the photocatalytic performance towards degradation of methyl orange(MO) was investigated.The results indicate that the optimal calcination temperature is 450℃ and TiO2 is anatase.Photocatalytic activity of Ag-TiO2 composite film is 2.25 times of that of TiO2 film.The decolorization efficiency is the best when pH value is low.The kinetic results demonstrate that the decolorization reaction is a pseudo first-order reaction when the concentration of MO is below 10 mg/L and Langmuir-Hinshewood kinetic model(L-H) can well describe.The photocatalytic performance keeps stable after fifteen hours.
