| 摘 要： | 针对校园网上公用机房这样一个开放的环境，采用Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５／９８和ＷｉｎｄｏｗｓＮＴ的管理模式，使用ＶｉｓｕａｌＣ＋＋和ＶｉｓｕａｌＢａｓｉｃ等高级开发工具，利用ＳＮＭＰ等技术手段，实现ＩＰ地址流量计费定位到用户。

| Abstract: | A accounting system which adopts Windows 95/98 and WindowsNT management mode is developed for the open environment of the public computer library in our campus network. With the help of Visual C++ and Visual Basic and using SNMP technique, the system realizes the user oriented IP accounting. |
