综放工作面岩层控制

摘    要:在大量现场实测、相似模拟、数据模拟及理论分析的基础上,提出了“砌体梁”与“半拱”式结构相结合而构成综放采场覆岩结构的基本形式。考虑到直接顶、顶煤的变形破坏特性以及小结构的影响,建立了综放采场围岩结构模型,可对综放开采的矿山压力现象合理的解释,并为支架的选型设计和矿山压力控制提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on field measurements,analogue material simulating test,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,it is pointed out that voussoir beam combined with semi arch is the basic structure of overlying strata in longwall sub level caving mining.The mechanical properties of immediate roof and roof coal,as well as the influence of semi arch structure are discussed,a mechanical model of surrounding rock structure is proposed.The model can be used to well explain strata behaviours and provide a basis for powered support design and selection and strata control.
