| Abstract: | Hamilton-Jacobi equation and quantum nonthermal radiation in general nonstationary spherically symmetric and charged black hole space-time are studied. We have studied the surface gravity of the horizon of the black hole by using the same kind of tortoise coordinate transformation. |
