| 摘 要： | 从云南省文山县老君山产的八角莲(Dysosma versipellis)植株的韧皮部(地下茎)中分离得到41株内生真菌,初步鉴定它们分属半知菌亚门的10个属,其中镰刀菌属(Fusarium)和青霉属(Penicil lium)占总数的60%,为优势属,结果表明八角莲内生真菌有着丰富的多样性特点。

| Abstract: | endophytic funguses are separartion from the phloem (underground sterms) of Dysosma versipellis from LaoJun Moutain of Wenshang Prefecture, Yunnan, the author indentifies the 41 endophytic funguses belong to 10 genus of Deuteromycotina.,among which the Fusarium and Penicillium amonnt to 60 percent of the total,they are indemnified as superior genus.It turns out that the endophytic funguses of Dysosma versipellis own a great variety of diversity. |
