摘    要:分析了无损检测技术的现状及其发展趋势,讨论了超声波检测的优点.设计了一种面向复杂曲面的超声检测用机械手,介绍了该机械手的组成及工作原理,该机械手具有结构简单、制造成本低、姿态调整速度快、检测范围大、适应性广等优点.结合超声测距原理,利用反求技术,该机械手可以重建被测工件的曲面模型.

Abstract:The present situation and development trend of the nondestructive testing technology were ana -lyzed and the advantages of ultrasonic testing were discussed .A manipulator for ultrasonic testing was designed and used for inspecting complex curved surface .The composition and working principle were introduced about this manipulator .It is characterized by simple structure , low cost, fast speed for adjusting attitude , wide testing range and extensive adaptability .According to the ultrasonic ranging theory , this manipulator can reconstruct the curved surface mode of measured work piece using reverse technology .
