摘    要:体育锻炼对于促进人的心理健康具有积极的影响,该文针对一部分大学生心理存在不同程度的心理健康问题的现状,经试证实体育锻炼对大学生心理健康有积极影响,进而提出通过体育锻炼对大学生实施心理健康教育.

Abstract:physical exercise is helpful for improving human being's mental health.This artical focuses on the fact that some undergraduates have mental health problems at different level.Though experiments and tests it is proved that physical exerise is helpful for improving undergraduates' ?mental health.And it argues that physical exerise should be taken as a way to educate undergraduates mental.
