| 摘 要： | 为探讨洗衣粉对泥鳅血清同工酶表达的影响，选择两种不同的洗衣粉（代号为AJ、BJ）为材料，采用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶（PAGE）电泳法研究洗衣粉对泥鳅血清过氧化物酶（POD）表达的影响．结果表明两种洗衣粉在不同浓度染毒下均使泥鳅血清过氧化物酶（POD）同工酶的酶活性变化显著，两种洗衣粉对泥鳅血清同工酶表达具有一定的影响，且不同洗衣粉对其影响程度不同．

| Abstract: | To explore the effects of laundry powder on the expression of POD isozymes.We use two kinds of laundry Powder(NO.AJ and BJ) and prepared 3 concentrations of each of them.The effects of laundry powder on the expression of POD isozymes in blood of loach are tested by using SDS-poly arylamidegel electrophoresis test.The result indicates that compared with the control group,the varieties of POD isozymes in three treatment groups appear respectively particular expression patterns in the situation of acute toxicosis.Emzyme activity of POD isozymes at three levels varies significantly.Two laundry powders can all affect the expression of POD isozymes.The result also shows that the effects on the expression of POD isozymes of different type laundry powder are different. |
