| 摘 要： | 在我国社会转型期,社会关系的商品化倾向日益明显,以个人自我价值的充分实现为基础的物质和精神利益最大限度的满足为根本内容的功利观在人们意识中的主导地位也逐渐突出.这种新型功利观的形成无疑增加了处于嬗变过程中的公民政治意识的复杂性.为了保证公民政治意识的健康发展,笔者提出了一些校正功利观的初步设想.

| Abstract: | In the course of the social transformation in our country,a tendency in the transition of the social relations to commodity is getting more and more obvious,in the meanwhile,a new concept of utility,that is,to satisfy one's own material and spiritual needs at the most degree on the base of realizing his or her value as fully as possible,is gaining the leading place in the people's sphere of consciousness.The formation of this new concept,no doubt,has complicated the citizens' political sense in evolution.In order to make certain that their political sense develop healthily,the authors have put forward some tentative ideas on how to rectify the new concept of utility in this treatise. |
