| 摘 要： | 为了在汽车锁生产中实现大规模钥匙加工，设计并实现了一种基于工业PC和PLC技术的全自动专用数控系统。该系统是一个分布式的全自动专用数控系统．采用工业PC为主控系统，利用PLC控制机械手系统、检测开关信号、通过DIO接口与主控PC进行通讯。采用面向对象的软件设计方法，运用有限自动机模型，研制了系统控制软件、产品数据管理软件。该系统性能稳定可靠，已在汽车锁专业生产企业得到应用。

| Abstract: | based on industrial PC and PLC technology, a full automatic specific numeric control system is designed and implemented for large scale key machining in car lock production. The system is a distribution by using the industrial PC as main control and the PLC to control the arm and hand system, to detect the switch signals and to communicate with the main control PC through the DIO interface. The control software and a product data management software are implemented by using OOP method and finite automata model. The performance of the system is of credible, it have been applied in car lock special manufacture enterprise. |
