| Abstract: | In this paper,the current problems in food technology experiment teaching are analyzed and the PDCA pattern is introduced into the experimental teaching.The application of the PDCA pattern in the working procedure experiment and the flow experiment are discussed and the explanation to the operation effects is given. |
