摘    要:该文对当前食品工艺学实验教学中存在的问题进行分析,并在实验教学中引入PDCA模式,分别探讨了PDCA模式在工序实验和流程试验中的具体应用情况,并对实施效果做了说明。

Abstract:In this paper,the current problems in food technology experiment teaching are analyzed and the PDCA pattern is introduced into the experimental teaching.The application of the PDCA pattern in the working procedure experiment and the flow experiment are discussed and the explanation to the operation effects is given.
