摘    要:RS-485总线是中小型集散系统常用的组网方法,但其协议并没有一个统一的标准,为此给出了一种基于RS-485总线的自定义通信协议,并用有限状态机模型对其可靠性做了定性分析.本协议具有编程简单、易扩展、易移植等特点.结合一个沥青拌和站实时监控系统的实例说明了本协议的具体应用.

Abstract:RS-485 bus is commonly used in the medium and small-scale DCS, but its protocol does not have a unified standard. This paper puts forward a self-defining communication protocol based on RS-485 bus in detail, and make qualitative analysis on its dependability with the finite state machine model. This protocol can be programmed simply, expanded easily, and transplanted conveniently. Connecting with an example of the real-time monitoring system of an asphalt mixing station, this paper explains the concrete application of this protocol.
