周丛动物群落呼吸率作为生物监测指标的研究

摘    要:用挂片上周丛动物群落呼吸作为一个指标,分析不同环境因子对周丛动物群落的影响。在周丛动物群落结构不变的条件下,其呼吸率随着水环境中溶解氧的降低,自身排泄物的增加而有所波动;水温下降,周丛动物群落呼吸率也下降,温度系数Q_(10)=2.7。pH 值超过正常范围后,周丛动物呼吸率下降,但周丛动物本身亦具有适当调节环境 pH 值的能力。重铬酸钾使周丛动物呼吸率下降。因此群落功能参数对环境因子的反应常常比群结构参数更迅速、更敏感。

Abstract:A zoonperiphyton community affectted by environmantal factor was researched withzoonperiphyton community expiratory on substrate,when the structure of zoonperiphyton communityis not changed,the community expiratory is changed because of reduction of dissolved oxyen andincrease of excretion of zoonperiphyton.As the temperature of water becomes low,the zoonperiphytoncommunity expiratory reducesand and temperature coefficient of zoonperiphyton is 2.7.When the pHis out of normal range,the zoonperiphyton community expirtory reduces,but the zoonperiphyton hasability to change the environmantal pH.K_2Cr_2O_4 makes zoonperiphyton community expiratory low.So,the community function index is faster and more sensitive than the community struture index inmonitoring the environmental factor.
