研究生校外科研实践基地的建设与实践

针对广西环境类人才需求现状和学科特色优势,以研究生创新精神和实践能力培养为导向,以培养理论型、思维型、创新型、实践型的复合型人才为目标,通过打破学科界限、发挥学科交叉优势,加强科研合作互动和强化科研服务功能,构建研究生校外科研实践基地。以基地为平台,整合高校、科研机构、企业的优势资源,培养＂好学、好思、好动、好用＂的四好人才,使研究生具备宽广、扎实的理论知识,丰富的多元思维能力,较强的创新能力和服务社会的真本领。

Construction and Practice of Graduates outside Scientific Research and Practice Base

According to the current situation of talents in Guangxi environment industry and the environment subject characteristics, a series of outside scientific research and practice bases are built to promote the graduate student＇s innovative awareness and their practical capacity so as to develop the interdisciplinary talents. Tile scientific research and practice bases are established through the various ways of breaking the limit of different subject, exerting the dominance of cross-discipline and enhancing the scientific research cooperation and service. Based on the scientific research and practice bases, the preponderant resource of university, scientific research institute and corporation are integrated to cultivate four good student （good at studying, thinking, innovating and practising）. The graduate students are provided with solid theoretical knowledge, abundant multiple thinking ability, strong innovative capacity and practical capacity after the training course in the scientific research and practice base.
