摘    要:对给定的零件形状和管坯材料,加载路径明显影响管件的液压成形结果,为能成形更高的支管高度并尽可能保持零件壁厚的均匀性,提出一种自适应仿真与模糊逻辑控制策略相结合的方法来设计T型管液压成形的加载路径.由仿真结果计算成形缺陷值并把该值作为模糊控制的输入,根据模糊控制的输出调整相应的载荷,以获得合理的加载路径.实例分析结果表明,用该方法进行管件液压成形的加载路径设计是合理的.

Abstract:For a given blank tube and part design,the success of a tube hydroforming process is highly dependent on the loading path(axial feed versus internal pressure) used.To obtain a part with the required shape and minimize the tube wall thickness variation on T-shaped tube hydroforming process,an adaptive simulation approach integrated with a fuzzy logic control algorithm was used.Failure indicators obtained from the simulation results are used as the input of the fuzzy logical control,and the output sets of the fuzzy logical control are used for adjusting the loading path.In this way,a reasonable loading path for producing an acceptable T-shaped tube can be obtained,and its validity is verified by a case of study.
