摘    要:药物化学实验教学中合成藜芦醛的实验效果不理想,拟对其进行优化。从反应机理入手,通过对投料方式、反应温度、溶液的酸碱性、操作的可控性、安全性等多方面分析或预试,提出新实验方案并付诸教学实践。结果表明:实验优化后,既达到节约、高效的目的,又符合绿色、环保的思想,有利于减轻师生教与学的负担,使学生在有限的时间里收获更大、效率更高,从而推动实验教学改革的不断深化。

Abstract:In the teaching of medicinal chemistry experiment, the experimental result of veratraldehyde synthesis is not very satisfacto- ry. Starting from the reaction mechanism as well as by analysis and experiment preliminarily based on the feeding mode, reaction tem- perature, pH, controllability and safety, a new experimental scheme has been raised and then has been put into practice. The results showed that it is not only economical and high efficient, but also environmental and green. Meanwhile, it is helpful for reducing the burden of teaching and learning. These may help to improve the reform and development of experimental teaching.
