新公差概念的探讨

机件的尺寸精度和几何精度是保证机件功能要求及互换性的关键因素。如何控制机件的这两种精度,本文提出了两种控制方法:边界控制法——综合控制和独立控制法——分别控制,并对此作了详细的分析。尤其是对状态、尺寸、边界三者及其相互关系发表了新的观点。文章最后以表格的形式对两种控制方法的差异和经济效益作了分析比较。

An Inquiry Into the Conception of New Tolerance

Accurate dimension and geometry of a machine part are key factors ensuring its desirable functions and interchangeability. Two different ways of controlling the dimensional and geometrical accuracy of a machine part are dealt with analytically in this article, namely, boarder control (general control) and independent control (separate control). In addition, a fresh view on the condition, dimension and boarder as weU as their relationship is also presented in this paper. A table is given to show the difference between the boarder control and the separate control with respet to their economical effects.
