| 摘 要： | 本文在不考虑应聘人员的意愿和考虑应聘人员的意愿两种情况下分别建立录用分配的单目标函数和双目标函数的0-1规划模型,利用MATLAB软件和LINDO软件实现模型求解。

| Abstract: | Under the conditions of considering the willing of recruiter or not, the paper has set up the 0-1 programming models for employment and assignment of personnel with single object and bi-objects function respectively.
