表面粗糙度对内燃机配气凸轮-挺杆副弹流润滑的影响

摘    要:考虑到表面粗糙度和配气机构动载荷的影响,利用Patir和Cheng的平均流动模型描述凸轮。挺杆副表面润滑过程,研究了不同的表面粗糙度等本数对凸轮-挺杆副润滑状态的影响,详细分析了凸轮-挺杆副表面微凸体接触压力的变化过程,从而揭示了粗糙度对凸轮-挺杆副表面润滑状态的影响。

Abstract:Considening of the surface roughness and the dynamic load of the valve train,the aver-age flow model developed by Patir and Cheng has been adopted to describe described the lu-brication process of a cam-tappet pair,The effect of the surface roughness on a cam-tappetlubrication has been deeply studied.The change of the cam-tappet pair surface aspirate con-tact pressure has been analyzed in detail.So the effect of roughness on the cam-tappet sur-face lubrication state has been revealed.
