| 摘 要： | 对3516例就诊者进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体培养、收获、G显带（必要时C显带）后核型分析．结果检出染色体臂间倒位核型38例，异常检出率为1．08％．3、6、11号染色体各1例，Y染色体2例，9号染色体臂间倒位33例，遗传效应分析证明染色体臂间倒位与不孕不育、不良孕产史有关。

| Abstract: | Our objective was to investigate the genetic effect of pericentric inversion of chromosome.The peripheral blood lymphocytic culture and harvest were performed in 3516 patients according to standard methods.Karyotype was analyzed after G or C band displaying.Results showed that among 3516 cases,38(1.08%) cases were found having pericentric inversion of chromosome,including 1 case of inv(3),1 case of inv(6),1 case of inv(11),2 cases of inv(Y) and 33 cases of inv(9).It was concluded that pericentric inversion ... |
