不耦合装药时孔壁压力的理论分析和求算

摘    要:炮孔装药结构分为耦合装药和不耦合装药,后者因不耦合介质不同由可分多种不耦合装药形式,较常用的是空气不耦合装药和水不耦合装药。水不耦合装药,爆轰波冲击压缩水介质激起水中冲击波,由水将爆炸压力传递给岩石,孔壁冲击压力降低;而空气不耦合装药,爆轰产物则膨胀充满炮孔后再作用于孔壁,孔壁压力最小。且随着装药不耦合系数值增大,孔壁压力降低,空气不耦合装药时孔壁压力下降速率更快。

Abstract:Couple charge and uncouple charge are the two forms of structure of bore charge,the latter often applies air-uncouple and water-uncouple forms.For water-uncouple charge,detonation wave shocks and presses water and stimulates shock wave,transmitting blasting pressure to rock through water and so its pressure of bore wall descended;for air-uncouple charge,however,products of detonation swelled and filled whole bore and then effects bore wall and its pressure of bore wall is the smallest among the three conditions.With the coefficient of uncouple charge increasing,pressure of bore wall descended.The rate of pressure of bore wall decreased fastest when air-uncouple charge condition.
