消除YZY型振动运输机扭摆振动的研究

摘    要:本文详细地分析了采用双电机自同步振动技术的YZY型振动运输机在停机过程中发现较大横向振动和扭摆振动的原因,并提出了解决办法。所用快速制动法,经过试验证明,具有现场生产实际应用价值。它不仅适应于YZY型振动运输机,而且还广泛适应于其他双电机自同步振动机,例如双电机自同步振动概率筛、振动冷却机、振动成型机等。

Abstract:This paper analyzes in details the causes why the larger lateral and twist-oscillating vibration emerge in the process where model YZY vibrating conveyerusing the technology of twin electric motor auto-synchronous vibration stops,and puts forward the methods of solving this problem. Experiments have provedthat the method of rapid brake has the practical value to the in-site produc-tion. It is suitable not only for model YZY vibrating conveyer, but also wide-ly for other twin electric motor auto-synchronous vibrators such as twinelectric motor auto-synchronously vibrating screens, vibrating coolers, vibratingform machines etc.
