| Abstract: | This paper discusses the theory and method of systems engineering and its application in management of training engineering. It also disscusses the thinking and method of scientific management on how to carry on system analysis, system design, system management and system evaluation for the training engineering. It has been proved through practice that the method of systems engineering has important practical value for practical engineering system and is a scientific and effective method for organizational management of engineering system. |
