OMA用光谱定标管

摘    要:用光学多道分析仪-OMA进行光谱分析时也给出了求出这些非最麻烦的是,要按被测光谱线波长的大小,选用不同波长的光谱定标管。本文经过实验研究,选用报废的小型氦氖激光管作OMA的光谱定标管,其谱线宽度很窄满足定标使用的要求,在OMA工作的可见光范围内谱线十分丰富,能保证这个谱域任何未知谱线在30nm内都有两条以上的定标谱线。

Abstract:The trouble in the spectral analysis with OMA is that the test lamp must be selected according to the wavelength of the spectral lines to be measured.The exprimental investigation with using a waste (on laser)He Ne laser tube (the side atomic spectrum is being used)as a spectral calibrated tube for OMA are carried out in the paper.Its spectral line breadth is narrow and meet the requirement of calibration.The spectral lines within the visible light range of OMA are abundant.Two or more calibrated lines for any unknown spectral line with 30 nm are guaranteed.The calibration procedure is completed by using one spectral tube.It is convenient and cheap to use.
