| 摘 要： | 采用美国体育健康休闲舞蹈协会著名健康体适能研究专家的健康体适能模型,从健康体适能的角度对兰州市城关区一线环卫工人身体健康状况进行了综合评定和分析。结果表明,1431名受试者中,健康体适能达到良好者占29.5%,健康体适能达到中等者占51.4%,健康体适能合格（稍差）者占18.8%。

| Abstract: | Using physical health fitness model of famous expert in american association of physical health and leisure dancing,based on perspective of related health fitness,a comprehensive assessment and analysis of sanitation workers＇ health status in Chengguan District of Lanzhou were given.The results showed that 1431 subjects,physical fitness can achieve good accounted for 29.5%,to achieve moderate physical fitness accounted for 51.4%,health and fitness qualified（slightly）accounted for18.8%. |
