| 摘 要： | 基于一年级大学体育课程中敦煌拳教学活动的具体实践,在分析兰州文理学院敦煌拳教学现状和存在的问题的基础上,探讨了提高体育课程中敦煌拳教学效果和质量的有效途径和方法。以期能确立科学的教学规律,提升敦煌拳教学的质量和效果,进而为普及和推广敦煌拳奠定良好基础。

| Abstract: | Basd on teaching practice of Dunhuang boxing for the first-year students in Lanzhou University of Arts and Science,on basis of analysing current teaching situation and existing problems,some effective methods of improving teaching effect and teaching quality were explored,in order to find out the scientific law of Dunhuang boxing teaching,to improve the teaching quality and to establish foundation for popularizing Dunhuang boxing. |
