What Decides the Outcome of War,Man or Weapon?Li Hongzhang,Chinag Kaishek and Mao Zedong's Theories of the Relationship between Man and Weapon

The relationship between man and weapon is a major problem in modern Chinese army,and is also the first issue for a military commander to consider. Li Hongzhang,Chiang Kai shek and Mao Zedong,three military commanders have totally different views on this issue,and this also determines the historical destiny of the armies that they set up. Although Li Hongzhang and Chiang Kaishek have some right views about this problem,there is not a fundamental solution to the problem.
