关于家长参与大学生管理的思考

当代大学生的主体是个性鲜明的90后,这些多半是在溺爱或缺爱状态下长大的独生子女,需要得到更多家长和学校的关注,需要家长参与到大学生的管理中,其人格发展才能更健全,心理才能更健康。家校联合,是目前高校学生管理中的薄弱环节。如何提高大学生管理工作中家长的参与意识,怎样增进大学生教育管理中家长和学生工作者的互动交流,是当前应该思考和解决的问题。

Thinking of Parents’Participation in College Students’Management

The majority of current college students belong to the generation of post 90 s. Most of them come from one child family who are spoiled or lack love in the growth,and they need more concern from parents and schools. Parents are needed to be involved in the management of university students so that they can have a healthy personality and mentality. At present,there needs the home- school joint management of college students. How to improve parents' sense of participation in the management of college students and how to enhance the interaction between educators and college students in the management are the problems to be considered and solved. This paper offers the ways of solution.
