非跨夹点流股的混合对用水网络用能变化的影响

摘    要:运用夹点分析法,针对用水网络中非跨夹点混合,研究了流股混合引起的系统用能变化与系统夹点位置之间的关系。对于非跨夹点流股,夹点下热流股与夹点上冷流股之间的混合,不会给系统带来能量惩罚;而非跨夹点流股的其他混合形式,不会给系统带来节能效果;非跨夹点热流股间以及冷流股间的混合均不会减少系统换热的热负荷。这些结论可作为用水网络的设计及已建水网络调优的理论依据。

Abstract:The pinch analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between system energy consumption and the system pinch temperature of a water-based network caused by non-cross-pinch stream mixing.For non-cross-pinch streams,the mixing between hot streams below the pinch point and cold streams above the pinch point will not increase water system energy consumption,while other mixing patterns between non-cross-pinch streams will not reduce energy consumption.Mixing between non-cross-pinch hot streams or cold streams does not reduce the system heat load.These conclusions can be used to design and optimize water networks.
