摘    要:根据40Cr钢汽车半轴的实际淬火工艺,分析了淬火开裂的主要原因,并针对淬火开裂的主要形式,制定出了三种热处理工艺方案并实施.通过分析热处理后的金相显微组织和硬度数据,确定出最终的热处理工艺及其主要参数.试验结果表明:40Ct钢在860℃油淬后,再进行860℃淬入5%~10%的盐水冷却、580℃回火,使强度、硬度低的网状铁素体相对量有所下降,可有效的防止淬火开裂,并提高其疲劳寿命.

Abstract:According to the actual quenching process of steel 40Cr axle vehicle, the main reasons for its quenching cracking are analyzed. Considering the main forms of quenching cracking, three kinds of heat treatment processes are implemented. Based on the microstructure state and the hardness data after heat treatment, the final heat treatment process and its main parameters are determined. The results show that after 860 ℃ oil quenching, and then 860 ℃ quenching with 5% to 10% of salt water cooling and 580 ℃ tempering, the strength and hardness of the ferrite in steel 40Cr are reduced relatively, which effectively prevents quenching from cracking and improves the fatigue life.
