蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术检测八种香皂致突变性研究

摘    要:使用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术检测八种香皂的致突变性,其中女士香皂引起的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率明显高于对照组,具有一定的至突变性,其他七种香皂未见明显的致突变性。

Abstract:The mutagenicities of 8 kinds of perfumed soap have been detected by using micronucleus test technique in Vicia faba root tip cells. The micronucleus Ratioes in Vicia faba root tip cells of Lady Perfumed Soap is evidently higher than that of control group. It indicates that the Lady Perfumed Soap has mutagenicity while the other 7 kinds of perfumed soap have no mutagenicities.
