应用蒙特卡罗方法计算动态测量的不确定度

摘    要:针对动态不确定度有待深入研究的实际,介绍了一种采用蒙特卡罗统计模拟的方法来解带置信水平的不确定度评定的问题,并基于动态测量的观测数据是一随机过程的特征,分别对平稳及非平稳随机过程进行动态不确定度的计算.利用计算机模拟抽样,可以削弱动态测量中因长时间作业引起的损耗而使得动态特性改变.结果表明,采用蒙特卡罗方法求得统计量是一种可行且可靠的方法.

Abstract:Directed at dy duces the fundamentals based nleasurement uncerta on Monte Carlo luethod to inty, the subject of deep study, this paper introwork on the evaluation of dynanlic, measurement uncertainty with believe level. From the point that the observation data of dynamic measurement is a randonl process, the dynamic uncertainty of different random process is calculated. The use of the computer simulation sample reduces the change of dyllamic identity, which comes from the spoilage in the long working. The results indicate that the measure is feasible and reliable.
