The Exploration of Teaching Method on Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry with Food Specialty Students --An Example From Quantitative Determination of the Nitrogen in Compounds

Taking the teaching of the Nitrogen content determination in compounds as an example, two methods are discussed in this paper. And the food safety knowledge was introduced to foster the sense of responsibility for society, and thus to improve learning interest in inorganic and analytical chemistry of food specialty students.
