| 摘 要： | 对弹性夹成形件的成形工艺进行了分析,针对该零件成形的具体要求,决定采用带有活动凹模的三边同时弯曲的模具结构,介绍了模具的结构、特点及工作过程经生产验证该模具结构合理、生产效率高。
