一株硫细菌的生长及脱硫特性研究

摘    要:从驻马店化工厂分离得到一株硫细菌S0.研究其生长特征,测定了不同温度和pH下S0生长曲线,并研究了此菌株的氧化性以及脱硫能力.结果表明,硫细菌S0的最适生长温度为25℃,最适pH值为8.0.当硫细菌S0的浓度为12×108 cfu/mL,有较强的氧化性,对硫的去除率可达93.5%.

Abstract:A sulfur bacteria strains S0 were isolated from Zhumadian chemical plant.The growth characteristics was investigated,the growth curve and pH under different temperature,and the oxidizing and desulfurization abilities were measured.The experimental results showed that the optimum growth temperature of the sulfur bacteria S0 was 25 ℃,the optimum pH value 8.0.Under the concentration of sulfur bacteria S0 be 12×108cfu/mL,the sulfur removal rate can reach 93.5%.
