摘    要:以某地铁工程为例,对双向扣件式钢管模板支撑体系进行荷载计算及设计,并建立三维数值模型进行构件内力分析,在此基础上,选取内力较大杆件进行强度及稳定性验算,并选取典型部位进行内力监测.结果表明:扣件式钢管模板支撑体系可以可靠地承受双向荷载,施工中应控制好施工速度及顺序;计算分析过程中,可在支撑体系节点上施加假想水平力来模拟支撑体系中初始缺陷对其稳定承载力的影响,得到的计算结果与实测值接近.研究结果可为类似工程提供参考.

Abstract:A subway project was taken as an example to make the load calculation and design and to analyze the internal forces by building a three-dimensional numerical model. On this basis,the strength and stability of the member bars with larger internal forces were checked and then the internal forces of the selected typical parts were monitored.The results showed that the system can reliably withstand bi-directional loads,the construction speed and sequence should be controlled. In the course of calculation and analysis,the impact of the initial imperfection in the support system on the stability bearing capacity can be simulated by applying imaginary horizontal forces. The results were close to the experimental values. The research result can provide some references to the similar projects.
