| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Es wird nachgewiesen, dass die menschliche Plazenta enzymatisch Cortisol in ein? 4-3-Ketosteroid mit Glycerol-Seitenkette, welches mehr polar ist als die 20α- und 20β-Derivate des 6-β-OH-Cortisols, umwandeln kann. Es scheint, dass die Plazenta dieses Steroid das aus dem Urin schwangerer Frauen isoliert wurde, selbst bildet. |
