摘    要:结合金属锑电极和玻璃电极pH传感器的优点,以锑电极为基本测量单元,玻璃电极为辅助测量单元,实现并优化pH实时测控系统的使用性能.在制糖、污水处理等行业中投入实际应用,测控系统具有控制精度高、实时性强、测量响应快、使用成本低等主要特点,取得良好的应用效果.

Abstract:According to the advantage of antimony electrode and glass electrode,takes the antimony electrode as a measurement electrode and the glass electrode as a assistant measurement electrode,the usage capability of pH real-time measurement and control system is realized and optimized.Its application shows that the system have higher measurement accuracy and have higher satisfactory stability and faster convergence and lower use cost.The good economic performance and social performance is obtained in the sugar production,treating of dirty water,etc.
