摘    要:本语文介绍了一种基于PCI总线的微机图像处理和分析系统,提出了一种新的动态二值化技术,并运用于该系统。这种技术不仅能够实时采集、显示序列图像,而且能够实时检测、显示车流量。研究结果显示了这种方法的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:A new micro-computer system of image sequence analysis based on PCI bus is introduced in this paper. A new dynamic binary technology is also presented and applied on this system. The technology can not only grasp and display realtime sequencial image, but also detect and display the traffic information. The result of the research shows the feasibility and utitily of this method.
