地方院校临床实验室标准操作规程的构建与实施

为构建实用性的标准化操作规程（SOP），提升地方院校临床实践教学的内涵建设，针对专业特点，利用实验室现有资源，制定了符合本地区专业特色的临床SOP文件并严格实施与评价。结果表明：临床学科采用SOP教学，达到理论和实践相结合的教学目的；学生经过严格的SOP操作培训，操作规范程度大大提高，临床毕业实习能很快进入工作状态。临床学科SOP的构建与实施有利于发掘学生自主学习的潜能，提高学生的动手能力，促进实践性教学质量的逐步提高。

The construction and implementation of the laboratory Standard Operating Pmeedurein(SOP) the local college

Constructing a practical Standard Operating Procedures （SOP）, and promoting local clinical practice education. Digging out the major features, taking advantages of thr existing laboratory resources to make a specialized SOP document with strict implementa-tion and assessment procedure. Because the SOP teaching method achieves the purpose of combining the theory and practice, students who has gained a professional SOP training, will improve their operating skills in practice. Construction and implementation of SOP will not only help to explore the potential of students, but also substaintially promote their practical ability and the quality of teaching.
