| 摘 要： | 运用空间分析方法，在不考虑本地交易成本的前提下，研究讨论两对称区域政府公共服务供给对要素流动、聚集的影响。我们发现要缩小与发达地区的经济差距，吸引稀有生产要素流入，必须重视本地区公共服务供给，且不仅要注重数量，更要注重质量，只有这样才能够减弱经济聚集的力量，减小地区经济差距，促进经济均衡发展。
